Handmade and Bespoke Items

Custom, handmade, or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time. Any extended timeframes will be noted on the product listing.

Returns & Exchanges 

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right. Returns or exchanges are accepted for unused, unopened, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that bespoke or personalised creations cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
